SBA 504 Loans are offered though our Correspondent SBA Lenders and Banking Sources for Refinances, Purchases and Development of Owner Occupied Properties.

Very Competitively Priced and Fixed Rate Terms are available. Up to $25,000,000 Loan Amounts, minimum loan amount starts at $5,000,000. Credit Score requirements vary by deal.

Up to 85% on purchases, 80% on refinances and up to 80% on development deals.
Cash out can be used for working capital, improvements, expansion, etc.

Our SBA 504 Loans through our Correspondent SBA Lenders and Banking sources can be used for the purchase of an existing business as well, along as there is Real Estate Collateral involved in the deal.

Most real estate is accepted as long as the Real Estate is tied to the Business. If the Real Estate the borrower owns or if it’s a purchase, the borrowers business must occupy 51% of the property if there are other tenants there leasing the other portion of the building.

Construction Development Loans are available through the SBA 504 Program for Ground-Up Construction for Owner-Occupied Hotels, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, Auto Related Properties, etc.
