504 SBA Loans are available for purchase or Development of Commercial Properties which will be occupied by existing business or developed for an existing business such as an Hotel, Industrial Building etc. Same rules apply for 504 SBA Loans borrowers business must occupy 51% and all loans are full documentation loans.
